Paypercut Promotion
Customers who sign up with Paypercut between 16 February 2026 and 30 April 2026 can benefit from a fee waiver on their first €1,000 (or local currency equivalent) of transaction volume.
How it works?
- The offer is available to new customers only.
- Once your account is activated, you won’t pay Paypercut transaction fees on your first €1,000 (or local currency equivalents) of processed volume. The following fee-free threshold applies to customers in the following EU Member States whose currency is not the Euro:
- You have 12 months from your sign-up date to use the fee-free amount.
- After the €1,000 (or local currency equivalent) threshold is reached or the 12 months expire (whichever comes first), standard fees apply in line with our standard Fee Schedule.
Important notes
- The offer applies to Paypercut transaction fees only and does not cover third-party fees, chargebacks, FX mark-ups, or other costs.
- The promotion cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so in writing.

Paypercut Promotional Fee Waiver - Supplementary Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion Description
Paypercut EOOD (“Paypercut”) is offering a limited-time promotion (the “Promotion”) whereby Paypercut will waive, and eligible new customers will not be charged, all applicable transaction fees normally chargeable by Paypercut on the first EUR 1,000 (or local currency equivalent as set out herein) of transaction volume processed through the customer’s Paypercut services platform under Paypercut’s Merchant Terms.
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion will apply to customers who successfully complete onboarding and who subscribe and enter into Paypercut’s Merchant Terms between 16 February 2026 and 30 April 2026, inclusive (the “Promotion Period”).
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is only available exclusively to new customers who:
- Have not previously held an account or otherwise entered into a contractual relationship with Paypercut.
- Successfully complete Paypercut’s onboarding, due diligence, and account activation procedures during the Promotion Period.
4. Fee Waiver Conditions
4.1 Scutirea de comisioane se aplică primelor 5000 RON (sau echivalentul în moneda locală , conform prevederilor de mai jos) din volumul cumulativ al tranzacțiilor procesate în termen de douăsprezece (12) luni de la data activării contului noului client, precum și comisioanelor pe care clientul ar fi trebuit să le achite în mod normal, în conformitate cu secțiunea 5 din Termenii și condițiile pentru comercianți ai Papercut. Următorul prag de scutire de comisioane se aplică clienților din următoarele state membre ale UE a căror monedă nu este euro:
4.2 Once the fee-free threshold is reached, or the twelve-month period expires (whichever occurs first), all subsequent transactions shall be charged in accordance with Section 5 of Papercut’s Merchant Terms and the associated Fee Schedule.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
5.1 The Promotion is non-transferable and may not be combined with other promotions or incentives unless expressly agreed to by Paypercut.
5.2 The Promotion applies only to the Paypercut fees payable by the customer under Section 5 of Papercut’s Merchant Terms and does not apply to third-party fees, chargebacks, refunds, FX mark-ups, or any other costs not expressly waived by Paypercut or which are otherwise payable by the customer.
6. Modification and Withdrawal
Paypercut reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Promotion at any time. Any such change shall not adversely affect fee waivers already accrued by eligible new customers prior to the effective date of the change.
7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Promotion Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. Any disputes arising in connection with the Promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction provisions set out in Paypercut’s Merchant Terms.
8. Purpose and Status
This document (“Promotion Terms”) supplements and forms part of Paypercut’s Merchant Terms (together, the “Agreement”). In the event of any inconsistency, these Promotion Terms shall prevail solely in respect of the Promotion and the waiver of fees as described herein.
