Can I keep my current payment provider while using Paypercut?
Yes. You can add Paypercut as an additional payment option in Shopify without replacing your existing provider. Customers choose which available payment option to use at checkout, and payments made through Paypercut are processed by Paypercut.
Will customers be redirected to another page to pay?
Yes. Customers select Pay by card at your Shopify checkout and complete their payment on a secure Paypercut-hosted page. Once the payment is complete, they’re returned to your store.
Do I need a developer to install the Shopify integration?
Not for a standard Shopify setup. Install our integration from the Shopify App Store and connect your Paypercut account using your API Secret. There’s no custom integration to build or manual webhook configuration required.
Can I test the integration before going live?
Yes. You can use your sandbox API Secret to test payments while your business is being verified. Once your account is approved, add your live API Secret to start accepting real payments.
Are there any monthly fees or minimum turnover requirements?
No. Paypercut has no setup fee, monthly subscription or minimum turnover requirement. You pay a fee for each successful transaction according to the pricing applicable to your business. Shopify may charge additional third-party transaction fees depending on your plan.

Registration is fully online, followed by standard business verification. Approval time depends on the information provided and the checks required. In the meantime, you can install the integration and test payments.
How do I refund a customer?
Issue the refund from Shopify order management and it will be synced with Paypercut automatically. There’s no additional Paypercut refund fee, but the original transaction fee isn’t returned.

Yes. Customers enter their card details on a secure Paypercut-hosted payment page, so you don’t need to store sensitive card information in your Shopify store. Payments are handled through PCI DSS-certified infrastructure, with 3-D Secure authentication when required.
