Is Paypercut compatible with my version of PrestaShop?
The plugin supports PrestaShop 1.7, 8 and 9. If you use a custom theme or checkout, contact our team so we can check compatibility with your store.
Can I use Paypercut if I already have another payment module?
Yes. You can add Paypercut as an additional payment option and test it before you stop using your current module. Our team can also help you with the transition if needed.
How long does activation take?
Registration is fully online, followed by standard business verification. Approval time depends on the information provided and the checks required. In the meantime, you can install the plugin and test payments.
Are there any maintenance fees or minimum turnover requirements?
No. There is no setup fee, monthly subscription, or additional maintenance fee. There is also no minimum monthly turnover requirement. You pay a fee for each successful transaction according to the pricing applicable to your business.
How can I refund a customer?
You can request a refund through the Paypercut Dashboard. There is no additional refund fee, but the original transaction fee is not returned.
Is there a contract term and how can I cancel the service?
There is no mandatory long-term commitment. If you decide to stop using Paypercut, you can terminate the agreement in accordance with the applicable terms.
